Fully Automated Flexographic Printing Machine L444/150/CE Version 4.0 and 3-Color Printing Machine – L43/150/CE Version 4.0
The L444/150/CE printing machine, together with the L43/150/CE printing machine, represents one of the key assets of ROTOGAL’s new project, aimed at enhancing production performance through the introduction of new equipment and the optimization of energy consumption during manufacturing processes. Both printing machines are classified as instrumental goods supporting the “Transition 4.0” processes, as defined in Annex A of Law No. 232 of December 11, 2016. They meet the criteria described in the annex under “machine tools and systems for imparting or modifying surface characteristics of products or for surface functionalization.
THE MACHINES COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

It is interconnected with the factory’s IT systems, allowing remote loading of instructions and/or part programs.

Operated through CNC (Computer Numerical Control).

Automated integration with the factory logistics system, the supply chain, and/or other machines within the production process.

The machine features a user-friendly and intuitive human-machine interface (HMI).
5
In compliance with the most recent standards on safety, health, and occupational hygiene.
